- Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Returns are not accepted if the product has been used or is not in a resaleable condition.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon request.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refunds
- Card payments: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Cash on delivery: Refunds are processed via bank transfer after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Defective Products
In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced or refunded, provided it has not been used and shows no signs of damage caused after delivery.
